Hacienda Sarapampa is a family business dedicated to producing Cusco Giant White corn. For three generations in the Sacred Valley,
the owners have preserved the traditions of corn farming, backcountry cuisine, and the sweet, simple living of the hacienda life.
In Hacienda Sarapampa, they invite you to taste traditional recipes from our grandma´s recipe book with the touch of our chef and the freshest ingredients directly from our vegetable orchard and local farmers. No GMOs here, folks, only naturally grown superfoods in a sustainable manner.
Fallow, Sowing, Hilling, Harvest—these essential stages in the life of corn inspire a thoughtfully crafted 7-course lunch to be savored during your visit to Sarapampa. Each dish reflects the rhythm of the fields and the traditions that have shaped our hacienda for generations.
